Can I use a 12 Gauge or 9mm Blank Holder on my 209 device? While some of our blank holders may be technically cross-compatible—for example, a 12-gauge base fitting a .209 device—we neither sell nor recommend the use of components across different calibres. This policy ensures full compliance with international safety standards and legal regulations. All Pulse Armaments products undergo individual testing and certification. In accordance with the Gun Barrel Proof Act 1968, all barrels and blank-firing components must be properly proofed prior to sale or use. This legal requirement guarantees the safety, performance, and structural integrity of every device we manufacture. For your safety and to ensure compliance with applicable laws, please use components only as designed and intended. Legal Excerpt: "A Small Arm shall not be sold or exchanged, or be attempted to be sold or exchanged,...unless and until the Barrel or every Barrel thereof has been duly proved at the Proof House..." — The Gun Barrel Proof Act 1968 (condensed for brevity)

Do you ship worldwide?Yes, we ship worldwide! We have agreements for sending our products with UPS. Our products are licence and certification free and therefore can be airfreighted without trouble. They contain zero stored energy and therefore pose no risk during shipping and are not classed as dangerous goods. Please note: the only products that cannot be shipped internationally (outside the United Kingdom) are pyrotechnics and blanks.

Does the B1 work on soft ground?Yes, the B1 will function reliably on any surface. As it does not require impact force to detonate, it operates consistently on grass, mud, concrete, wood, and other types of terrain.
-
How loud is the B1?The B1 uses .209 shotgun primers and produces a sound level below 110 dB, making it suitable for use at most airsoft sites throughout the United Kingdom. However, we recommend checking with your local site or event organiser to ensure compliance with their specific noise regulations.

How does the variable timing work? Our variable timing system is a proprietary technology that allows you to adjust the delay on your device with precision. What happens if the delivered product is faulty or if something is missing? In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible to report the issue. If appropriate, a replacement product will be sent to you. Please note that a replacement will only be dispatched once we have received the original item and confirmed the fault through inspection.

What if I lose my B1?We strongly recommend recording the unique serial number of your B1 grenade upon purchase. If the device is lost during gameplay, report the loss—along with the serial number—to the field or site where it was last used. This information may help staff identify and return the device if it’s found.
