The safety system on your device has failed to function correctly. This can be caused by a number of factors but the devices poses a real risk to safety if usage is continued.

Remove all primers/blanks from the working area.
Check device is primed correctly as per instructions
Lift blue valve cap and rotate anti-clockwise for 3 or more revolutions.
Your device should detonate within a few seconds
Prime and detonate the device a few times to ensure function
Adjust blue valve cap to find desired fuse delay time
If your device still fails to function after following these steps, Contact Us
Remove all primers/blanks from the working area
Lift blue valve cap and rotate clockwise to increase fuse delay time (decrease firing pin speed)
Test device to ensure you are happy with fuse delay time.
Contnue with normal operation.

Ensure that you screw the blank holder onto your device securely when loading. Hold both knurled parts when doing so for the best grip.
Failure to secure the blank holder can result in it unscrewing partially upon impact cuasing a failure to fire.
